Open the control panel and click on the 'about' button. When the shareware notice appears click on the "Register" button and fill out the information on the screen.
When you are done press the "Print" button to print a complete Registration Form.
Please enclose the form with your payment.
If it is not possible for you to print the form, write the information on a sheet of paper and mail it as a substitute. PLEASE WRITE CLEARLY. Slimyfrog Software needs this information to contact you in case of upgrades, new releases and to return to you a proof of registration.
How to Pay for U.S. Registrations
Slimyfrog Software accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express cards.
Alternatively you may send a personal check or postal money order for the amount indicated in the shareware or registration form of product to the address below. No sales tax is required.
Registrations from Outside the U.S
No extra fee is charged for registrations from outside the united states. Slimyfrog Software accepts Visa, Master Card and American Express Cards. You may also send an international Postal Money order in U.S. funds for the amount indicated in the product to the address below. Please refer to your local Post Office or Bank for information on creating and sending International Postal Money orders.
Slimyfrog Software cannot accept personal checks in foreign funds. Registrations that do not include one of the forms of payment explained above, will be returned without processing.
